Depth Perception Pegboard
A Montessori fine-motor pegboard, handmade in Latvia. Children post long pegs through a clear top, then aim them into the tray below.
Two puzzles in one board. First your child chooses a peg, wide or narrow, and finds the hole it fits through the thick clear top. Then comes the real trick: aiming that peg down into the matching hole in the tray below.
It is a deceptively simple Montessori fine-motor toy that asks for real focus, the kind that makes a room go quiet.

Another stunning natural-wood material for my toddler classroom! I'm so excited to put this on the shelf at the beginning of the school year.
