Shipping & Returns

We offer free delivery within Latvia in 2–4 business days using your preferred courier service (Unisend, Venipak, Omniva, or Latvijas Pasts).

We also offer free delivery across the Baltic States in 2–6 business days via the Unisend, Venipak, and Omniva parcel locker network.

For the rest of the European Union and other international destinations, orders are shipped via Latvijas Pasts or other courrier service in accordance with their applicable shipping rates and delivery times. Customer will be provided with information about chosen delivery service and delivery time.

Please note that orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are payable upon delivery.

Order Cancellation & Returns

Orders may be cancelled in full within 24 hours of being placed.

Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days, without providing any reason.

The right of withdrawal allows consumers to cancel a distance contract (goods or services purchased online) within the statutory period.

For customers outside the European Union, we offer a 30-day return or exchange policy. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original configuration / package contents with all components included. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
